When will my order ship & what are shipping times?
Processing times for all orders: up to 7 days (avg 1-3 days)
USA Shipping: 6-10 working days

Can I cancel my order after I've bought something on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12-24 hours after purchasing (only if we catch the request in time) if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request.
So where's my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. Please allow up to 1-7 business days for tracking to update in the system!
My package is missing, what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the time-frame established for U.S. shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example). In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!
How do I return something?
We offer returns for product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement.
Only one of my items came in the package?
Depending on stock some orders can be fulfilled from multiple of our warehouses at once. Please don't worry, please allow up to 5 working days for the other items to show up, if not please send us a quick email!
